Managing Your Account

1. Updating Account Details

Keep your account information up to date to ensure seamless access to Cybertection’s services.

  1. Log in to your Cybertection account.

  2. Navigate to the "Profile Settings" section.

  3. Update the following details as needed:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Company Information (if applicable)

  4. Click "Save Changes" to confirm your updates.

2. Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cybertection login page.

  2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

  3. Enter your registered email address and click "Reset Password."

  4. Check your email for a password reset link.

  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  6. Log in with your new password.

3. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enhance your account security by enabling two-factor authentication.

  1. Log in to your Cybertection account.

  2. Navigate to the "Security Settings" section.

  3. Click on "Enable Two-Factor Authentication."

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up 2FA using an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Authy).

  5. Scan the QR code or enter the provided key into your authenticator app.

  6. Enter the verification code generated by the app to complete the setup.

1. Plan Options and Pricing

Cybertection offers flexible subscription plans to meet your cybersecurity needs.

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section.

  2. View the available plans:

    • Basic Plan: Essential cybersecurity features for individuals and small businesses.

    • Advanced Plan: Comprehensive protection for medium-sized businesses.

    • Enterprise Plan: Tailored solutions for large organizations with advanced security needs.

  3. Click on "View Pricing" to see detailed pricing information for each plan.

2. Updating Payment Details

Keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions in service.

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Billing" section.

  2. Click on "Payment Methods."

  3. Add a new payment method or update existing card details:

    • Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV.

    • Provide the billing address associated with the card.

  4. Click "Save Changes" to confirm.

3. Canceling or Upgrading Your Subscription

You can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time.

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section.

  2. To Upgrade Your Plan:

    • Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

    • Confirm the changes and proceed with payment if required.

  3. To Cancel Your Subscription:

    • Click on "Cancel Subscription."

    • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional).

    • Confirm the cancellation.

    • Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
